aamra networks limited has received exclusive IT partnership rights for Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), the biggest annual cricket event in Bangladesh.aamra networks signed a 5 year contract with Game On Sports Management Limited at the Bangladesh Cricket Board Media Centre on 16 January. The contract entitles aamra as the only company to provide all IT and related services at all game venues during BPL from 2013 to 2018.
During the ceremony, Anjan Ganguly, Managing Director, Game On Sports Management Limited, said, “It has been a successful partnership with aamra for the first edition of BPL, and we have decided to extend this partnership for the next 5 years. We’re happy to have aamra on board and look forward to a successful 5 years”.
Sharful Alam, Chief Operating Officer, aamra networks, said, “aamra has been perhaps the longest partner to cricket in Bangladesh and we shall give our full effort to help the growth of this game in our country. We are happy to partner with Game On for BPL and shall ensure full support to the tournament”.
Also present during the ceremony were – Muntasir Ahmed, Senior Manager, Branding, aamra networks, M M Monzur Morshed, Manager, Infrastructure and Minhaj Ahmed Shafil, Head of Sales and Marketing, Game On Sports Management Limited.
