Bangladeshi hurt in Iraq suicide bombing

A Bangladeshi worker among 65 people who were injured in a suicide bombing inside a café in the Iraqi capital of Baghdad that also left 32 people dead on Thursday night.The Bangladeshi victim was identified as Swapan, son of Siddique Khan of Shahzira village in Gournadi upazila of Barisal, said Shameem Ahsan, director general of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
He said Swapan got his leg broken in the bomb blast. “He has been hospitalised and the Bangladesh mission is taking care of him.”
Thirty-two people were killed and 65 others injured when a suicide bomber set off his explosive belt inside the cafe on Thursday night, reports AP.
The café was packed with young people enjoying water pipes and playing pool. UNB
