At least 35 passengers were injured as a passenger bus fell into a road-side pond in bus stand area under Agoiljhora upazila Thursday morning.
Officer-in-Charge of the Police Station Sajjad Hossain told banglanews “A bus of Moni-Mukta Paribahan coming from Barisal plunged into a roadside pond as its driver lost control over the steering around 10:00am, leaving 35 passengers injured.”
The injured were sent to Upazila health complex, Ashokkathi health complex and Barisal Sher-e-Bangla Medical College.
