International Crimes Tribunal (ICT)-1 on Tuesday made cautious Tajul Islam, one of the lawyers of detained Jamaat leaders.The tribunal, however, forgave him of his miss conduct before it like contempt of court.
The ICT-1 also cautioned that the action would be taken against Tajul if any such incident of contempt of court is taken place again.
Meanwhile, two lawyers–Advocate Mizanul Islam and Tanvir Ahmed Alamin–were pardoned.
The tribunal led by Justice Fazle kabir passed the verdict on Tuesday.
Barrister Moudud Ahmed MP moved for the accused lawyers.
Earlier two allegations of contempt of court against Tajul Islam were made before the tribunal.
Tajul was prohibited in the tribunal and also served show-cause notice for such incidents. Banglanews24.com
