Dhaka – Jhalakathi Govt High School outplayed Kirtipasha PK High School by 69 runs in the district final of the Prime Bank Young Tigers National School Tournament at Birshreshtha Shaheed Captain Mohiuddin Jahangir Stadium on Tuesday.Jhalakathi Govt batted first and collected 177/10 in 40.4 overs, including Sifat’s half century of 50 runs.In reply, Kirtipasha PK side managed to score 108/10 in 40.2 overs.Kamal Chakmadar grabbed five wickets for 27 runs for Jhalakathi Govt. He was adjudged man of the match.District Magistrate Manikhar Rahman distributed the trophies among the finalists as the chief guest.UNB
