Dhaka – The Walton First National Women’s Baseball Championship, organized by Bangladesh Baseball-Softball Association (BBSA), will begin on March 12 at Dhanmondi Sultana Kamal Women’s Sports Complex here.A total of eight teams, split into two groups, will compete in the three-day competition on knock out basis. Final match will be held on March 14.BBSA General Secretary Aminul Islam Liton disclosed these at a press conference at the conference room of Bangabandhu National Stadium on Monday.UNB agencyChief of Sports and Welfare of the meet’s sponsor Walton Group FM Iqbal Bin Anwar also spoke on the occasion. Participating teams are:Group A– Bangladesh Police, Dhaka DSA, Viqarunnisa Noon School and College and Solaiman SC Group B – Bangladesh Ansar, Eden Mohila College, Sirajganj Krira Sikkha Protishtan and Dhaka Commerce College
