Swastika Mukerjee who will be playing an uber glamorous spy in Dibaker Banerjee’s Detective Byomkesh Bakshi has taken her role a tad bit too seriously and how!Recently, the actress was in Singapore to attend the famous Darpan Film Festival which commemorates the best Bengali films. Following the event the actress went ahead to explore Singapore when and she stole an expensive piece of earring from a big store. Unbelievable no? Apparently, the actress was put under rigorous training to learn the swift moves of a spy for the movie and she will be seen sneaking into homes, stealing for evidence, breaking into doors to fit into the role of a top-notch spy. But, Swastika seems to have taken the reel to real, quite literally. Reportedly, the actress managed to sneak the earring very smoothly, without anyone noticing her at that point. However, with the state of the art technology, she was caught red handed owing to the CCTV cameras. It was a very clean professional move by Swastika and the authorities were stunned as well as miffed.
