Dhaka – The theme song of Hero Men’s Asia Cup Hockey 2017 was officially unveiled at the Dutch Bangla Bank auditorium of Bangladesh Olympic Association (BOA) Bhaban in the city on Saturday to inspire the players as well as to provide the spectators a stimulating atmosphere.The promotional video of the prestigious eight-nation Asian Cup Hockey beginning on October 11 at the Maulana Bhashani National Stadium in Dhaka was also revealed on the occasion.The theme song titled ‘Atti Tarar Mela’, the ‘Spectrum of Eight Stars’ is sung by Arif, a promising singer of the new generation. Mannan Mohammed is the lyricist and the composer of the song.BHF vice president and the chairman of ATN Bangla Dr. Mahfuzur Rahman hoped that the theme song will hit the bull’s eye. “We have designed the song with some strong inspirational words as well as the fast tune,” said Mahfuz.General Secretary of Bangladesh Hockey Federation Abdus Sadeque said, “Only ten days left, the biggest festival of Asian as well as the world hockey will be rolling in Dhaka, this is the beginning of the journey, the journey to a new horizon of Bangladesh hockey.”UNB news agency
