The 16th Dhaka International Textile and Garment Machinery Exhibition began at Basundhara International Convention Centre (BICC) in the capital on Wednesday.
FBCCI president Shafiul Islam Mohiuddin inaugurated the fair.Bangladesh Textile Mills Association (BTMA) and Hong Kong’s Yorkers Trade and Marketing Service Company Ltd, are jointly organizing the 4-day exhibition.
About 1,200 machinery manufacturing organizations from 37 countries, including Australia, Austria, Belgium, China, Czech Republic, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, the UK, the UAE and the USA are participating in the exhibition.The exhibition will remain open for all from 12 pm to 8pm till January 12.
