Dhaka – The 2nd phase of the 13-team Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) football will begin on Monday (May 6).
The Professional Football League Committee of Bangladesh Football Federation finalised the date at a meeting at the BFF House on Wednesday.
The committee also decided to organise a football league or tournament for the U-17 or U-18 club teams of the Bangladesh Premier League and Bangladesh Championship League.
The 2nd registration window for the players of BPL, which opened on April 21 soon on completion of the first phase matches on April 20, ended on Thursday at 5 pm.
