Seven workers of a steel mill suffered burn injuries while working at the mill in the city’s Kadamtoli area on Sunday.The injured are Russel, 32, Redwan, 25, Sifat, 28, Shohag, 26, Babar, 35, Dulal, 27 and Sujon, 28.
Sanjit Mandal, supervisor of ‘Kamal Steel Mills’ said seven workers of the steel mill sustained burn injuries while melting iron around 4 am.
Among them, Babar, Dulal and Sujon were admitted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) while the others given first aid, reports UNB.
