Dhaka, March 31 – The 8th Annual General Meeting of Islami Bank Securities Limited, a subsidiary company of Islami Bank Bangladesh limited was held on 29 March 2018 Thursday at the company’s head office. Presided over by Md. Syful Islam FCA, FCMA, the meeting was attended by Dr. Areef Suleman, representative of Islamic Development Bank, Director, Professor Dr. Md. Sirajul Karim, Md. Mahbub-ul- Alam, Muhammed Monirul Moula, JQM Habibullah, FCS, Directors and other shareholders.
Among others, Mahmudul Islam, CEO (current charge), Md. Eskandar Mirza Azad, company secretary (current charge) of the company were present. The meeting approved 10% cash dividend for the Shareholders for the year 2017. – Press release
