Dhaka – Twenty eight senior police officers in the rank of superintendents of police (SP) have been given new postings in different positions across the country, UNB news agency reported.
Home Ministry on Monday has already issued a notification in this regard on public interest.According to the notification, SP of Choadanga district Md Rashidul Hasan has been given posting as SP Joypur district, SP of Kurigram district Mohammad Tabarak Ullah as Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Sylhet Metropolitan Police (SMP),SP of Sherpur district Md Mehedul Karim as SP of Kurigram district and SP of Pabna district Md alamgir Kabir as DC of DMP.
SP of Gupalgonj district SM Emran Hossain has been posted as DC of DMP, he was replaced by DC of DMP Mohammad Saidur Rahman Khan, SP of Faridpur district Md Jamil Hssan has been posted as DC of DMP, Database Administrator of NTMC Dr AKM Iqbal Hossain as SP of Cox’sbazar, while SP Cox’sbazar as Shyamal Kumar Nath as DC of CMP, SP of Rajbari Jihadul Kabiras SP of Pabna, SP of 11 APBn Salma Begum as SP of Rajbari, Commanding Officer of 2nd APBn Md Monibur Rahman as SP Magura and SP of Police Staff College, Dhaka Md Nazrul Islam as CO of 2nd APBn.
Besides, Special Super (SS) of CID Md Abdur Rahman Khan has been posted as SP of Tourist Police, Dhaka, SP of Joypurhat Molla Nazrul Islam as SS of CID, SP of JHalukathi Sibash Chandra Saha as SP Faridpur, AIG of Police Headquarters Monirul Islam as SP of Choadunga, SP of Magura AKM Ehsan Ullah as SP of River Police, SP of Industrial Police Sheikh Md Mizanur Rahman as Commandant of RRF, Rajshahi, Commandant of RRF, Rajshahi BM Haruh Ur Rashid as SP of Industrial Police, Dhaka.
SP (Admin and planning) of Highway police Shahina Amin has been posted as commanding officer of 11th APBN, Dhaka and she was replaced by DC of SMP Md Moshfiqur Rahman, SP of River police Md Jubaidur Rahman has been posted as SP of Jhalukathi, SP of Rang DIF office, Dhaka Sayed Harun-ur-Rashid as SP of Range DIG office, Mymenshing, SP of Tourist police Asad Ullah Chowdhury as SS of Special Branch, recently promoted SP Proloy Kumar Joarder as DC of DMP, SS of Special Branch Sultana Nazma Hossain as SP of Range DIG office, Dhaka, and AIG of Police headquarters Md Rafiqul Hasan Gani as SP of Sherpur district.
