An orientation program organized by Rajshahi University Press Club (RUPC), an association of campus reporters, for the newly enrolled students of the Mass Communication and Journalism Dept under 2016-17 academic sessions, was held at its office on Monday morning.The fresher’s were received at the reception with gifts of flodlower. RUPC President Taslimul Alam Tawhid presided over the program while general secretary Emdadul Haque Sohag moderated it.
RU student affairs advisor and RUPC adviser Professor Dr Mizanur Raham Khan addressed the function as chief guest while public relationa administrator of the university and advisor of the club, Moshiur Rahman, Chairman of Mass Communication and Journalism Dept. Prof Dr Pradeep Kumar Pandey, Maasranga Television Rajshahi Brue Cheif Golam Rabbani, former club president Golam Rasul Rony among others, spoke as special guests. – RU Correspondent
