For a website where eligible job-seekers can register!

A news item makes me happy along with others. Imam Sheikh, a van Driver, has been given a job in the air force. A few days ago, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and her family members rode Imam’s van in Tungipara. Forty thousand taka has been given for the treatment of Imam’s father. Undoubtedly, it is a great help.I know of another youngman Uzzal who has completed Masters from a reputed public university about three years ago. He came to Dhaka two years before, and was trying to get a job. But till date, he has not got any employment. Before coming to Dhaka, he stayed at his village home for one year and tried to get job by applying form there but failed . Eventually, he had to come Dhaka.
He is the eldest son of their family. He has two brothers and both of them are studying in the same pubic university which is located in a remote area. All of them are meritorious students. Their father died when they were children and they have no land or other resources to rely on. Their mother is now getting sick and they have not enough money for her treatment. None of the boys are able to do enough private tuitions as they have to travel a long distance by bicycle to attend classes in the university.
On the other hand, their eldest brother cannot support them either as he just manages his living costs from a few private tuitions. He cannot even apply for all suitable positions advertised in the daily newspapers because of the costs involved. For every single position one has to apply separately which is time consuming and costly for boys like Uzzal. There are lots of Uzzals and Imams in our society.
The question is whether masters degree is required for all the positions including those in the profession of banking?
I would earnestly request the honorable Prime Minister and the concerned authorities to open a website where all candicates can be registered as eligible for different positions. This would also help employers to find suitable candidates for recruitment in their comapnies.
