Mymensingh – Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU) authorities have appointed Prof Dr Md Atiqur Rahman Khokon of Plant Pathology Department as new proctor of the university for 2 years.He replaced Prof Dr AKM Zakir Hossain of Crop Botany Department in a duty handover ceremony on Sunday at around 12:00pm in proctor office.
BAU Pro Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Md Jasimuddin Khan, student affairs advisor Prof Dr SD Chowdhury, convener of dean council Prof Dr Subhas Chandra Chakraborty, associate student affairs advisor Prof Dr Md Alamgir Hossain, assistant proctor Dr Md Azharul Islam and leaders of different social and political teacher, student and employee organizations were present. – BAU Correspondent
