Dhaka – Barisal Division took 106 runs lead in the 2nd innings against Rangpur Division after the 2nd day’s play of the three-day-match of Young Tigers Under-18 National Cricket Competition in their Group A match at Sheikh Kamal International Cricket Stadium and Complex in Cox’s Bazar on Sunday.Replying to Barisal Div 159/10 in 64 overs in the 1st innings, Rangpur Div resumed the 1st innings with overnight score of 59/3 in 26 overs and finished the innings on the day at 179/10 in 84.3 overs.Barisal Div opened the 2nd innings on the day and were at stumps scoring 126 for 1 in 32 overs where Tahsin (84* off 105b; 13×4; 1×6) and skipper Tohidul Islam Limon (16* off 38b; 2×4) were on in the 2nd stand wicket.Meanwhile, Dhaka Division South (205*/1 in 105 overs, at stumps, in the 1st innings), led by 48 runs against Dhaka Metro (157/10 in 73.2 overs in the 1st innings) after the 2nd day’s play in their Group B match of the league at Shaheed Chandu Stadium in Bogra on Sunday.Morshed Kuly Khan (37* off 147b; 4×4) and Kabir Hossain (10* off 25b; 1×4; 1×6) were at the crease in the 8th wicket stand for Dhaka Division South when the bails were drawn for the 2nd day.
