Khelaghar collected six points from six outings, recording three wins against three losses, while Kalabagan have only two points with one win.Sent in to bat first in the day’s match, Khelaghar scored 238 for all in 50 overs before restricted the hapless Kalabagan on 223/9 in 50 overs.Man of the match Ashok Menaria (95 off 98b; 7×4; 4×6) fell short of five runs for century, sharing two partnership stands — 65 off 14.3 balls in the 4th wicket with Amit Majumder and 48 off 6.3 overs in the 8th wicket with Anjum Ahmed –for Khelaghar.Ashok Menaria was caught by Sanjit Saha off Muktar Ali — missed a hat-trick in the last over of the match– leaving the team’s collection on 237/8 in 49.4 overs. Muktar got the next wicket –Tanvir Islam – in the next ball on same score, but missed Hasan Mahmud who was run out on 238/10 in 50th over.Menaria and Amit Majumder (42 off 56b; 5×4) started their 4th pair composures from 62/3 in 15th over and ended on 127/4 in 29.3 overs as Amit was victim of run out.Mahidul Islam Ankon (25), Robiul Islam Robi (21), Masum Khan (18) and Anjum Ahmed (13) were the other double digit scorers for Khelaghar.Rahatul Ferdous got three wickets for 44 runs while Muktar (2/27) and Nahid Hasan (2/43) equally shared four wickets.
