Police recovered the bodies of two unidentified young men in Manikganj and Sirajganj on Tuesday.
In Manikganj, police recovered the body of an unidentified young man, aged around 30, from Dighi area in sadar upazila in the morning, said officer-in-charge of Sadar Police Station Shafiqul Islam.
Police suspected that miscreants killed the youth and dumped the body–with many injury marks in the face and a belt around the neck–there.
The body was sent to district hospital morgue for autopsy.
In Sirajganj, locals spotted the body of an unidentified young man, aged around 25, floating in a canal at Telkupi Moholla in the municipality area around 8:30am and informed police.
Officer-in-charge (Investigation) of Sirajganj Sadar Police Station Basudev Sinha said miscreants might have kidnapped the youth from somewhere and dumped the body into the canal after killing him.
The body was sent to district hospital morgue for autopsy.
