Three persons were killed and 15 others injured in a road accident in Shimrail area on Dhaka-Demra Road here this morning.
The deceased were identified as bus driver Munna and two workers of Fashion city garments.Locals said the incident occurred when a bus from Demra collided head-on with a speedy truck from opposite direction in the area, leaving 18 injured.The injured were admitted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital and Dhaka Pangu Hospital. Later, three of them succumbed to their injuries, district police super Syed Nurul Islam said. –BSS, Narayanganj
