A local leader of Jubo Dal was stabbed by some miscreants at Duttapara Bazar in Sadar upazila on Thursday night.The injured was identified as Sujon Sheikh, president of Baraharishpur union unit Jubo Dal.Police and party sources said a group of miscreants swooped on Sujon and stabbed him with sharp weapons while he was chatting with some of his friends at a tea stall at the bazar at night, leaving him critically injured.
He was first taken to Natore Sadar Hospital and then shifted Rajshahi Medical College Hospital.Injured Sujon blamed activists of local Awami League for the attack. –UNB, Natore
