Three shops were gutted by a fire that broke out at Bou Bazar in Natai Para of the town on Thursday.
Fire Service sources said the fire originated from an electric short circuit at a shop in the market and soon engulfed adjoining two other shops at about 6:00pm.Being informed, fire fighters rushed to the spot and doused the flame after frantic efforts.Affected shop owners estimated the loss caused by the fire at about Tk4 lakh. -UNB, Bogra
