Bagherpara thana police on Thursday recovered an unidentified decomposed body from Maiender Beel under Dohakhola village of Bagherpara upazila of the district.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Bagherpara Thana Gazi Mohammad Ibrahim said local people found the body lying in a field of Maiender Beel and informed it police.
Receiving information, police rushed to the spot and recovered the body and sent it to Jessore Hospital morgue for post-mortem.
A case was filed with Bagherpara thana in this connection. –BSS, Jessore
