A woman was allegedly killed by some miscreants at Panchasar village under Sadar upazila of the district last night.The victim was identified as Farida Begum, 50, wife of late Babul Sheikh of the same area.Police sources said the miscreants entered Farida’s house at night and slaughtered her to death.Being informed, police recovered the body this morning and sent it to Munshiganj General Hospital morgue. -BSS, Munshiganj
