Police recovered 300 bottles of Indian Phensidyl syrup from Pather Bazar of Fultala upazila and arrested two people in this connection on Wednesday morning.The arrestees were identified as Asadul, 36, son of Bishorther of Jibannagar upazila in Chuadanga district, and Sumon, 22, son of late Robiul Islam of Ektarpur village of the same upazila.Police said a team of Pather Bazar police camp halted a human hauler carrying six drums containing fish in the morning, recovered the 300 bottles of Phensidyl searching the drums and arrested the two.A case was filed in this connection.
