Community radio ‘Radio Mohananda’ provided more than 150 eye patients with treatment free of cost at Chapai Palsha under Chapainawabganj Sadar upazila.The treatment was given in a day long eye camp arranged with the technical assistance of Chapainawabganj district unit of Jatyo Andhya Kallyan Samity to mark the 3rd founding anniversary of the radio. The camp was inaugurated on Monday morning by the honourary secretary of Chapainawabganj district unit of Jatyo Andhya Kallyan Samity Engineer AKM Khadimul Islam Fiction. Among others, executive director of non-government organization Proyas Manobik Unnayan Society and chief executive officer of the Radio Md. Hasib Hossain, chairman of Gobratala UP Araful Islam Azizi,coordinator of Proyas Shah Azad Iqbal, member of the managing committee of ‘Radio Mohananda’ Rafiq Hasan Bablu, assistant station manager of the same Takiur Rahman were present.
