The outbreak of the coronavirus has forced the entire nation of India to be in a state of lockdown. Though most people are relaxing at home with their families, there are several others who are fighting for basic needs. With work-life coming to a standstill, the daily wage workers are finding it difficult to survive. Hence the Bollywood brigade has come forward to do their bit for such people.
Several Bollywood celebrities have donated huge amounts to the PM-CARES Fund which will be used fo relief work. Joining this list is Aamir Khan. He has announced that he’ll be contributing to the PM- CARES fund as well as to the Maharashtra Chief Minister Relief Fund. He has also extended support to the daily wage workers of his forthcoming film, Laal Singh Chaddha. – Agency
