Dhaka– Six-time Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) Football champion Dhaka Abahani Limited will play Club Eagles of Maldives in their AFC Cup match on April 14 at the Bangabandhu National Stadium in Dhaka.
Dhaka Abahani had requested the AFC through Bangladesh Football Federation to defer the match for a few days considering the lockdown and Covid-19 situation in the country. But the AFC advised them to arrange the match on schedule.
Meanwhile, Dhaka Abahani recruited their well-known Nigerian booter Sunday Chizoba releasing their Brazilian forward Francisco Torres. Torres scored seven goals playing 12 matches.
Striker Sunday Chizoba is expected to reach Dhaka next Sunday.UNB
