Dhaka-Bangladesh Under-23 Football completed the AFC Under-23 Championship Qualifiers with empty hand losing their 3rd and last Group E match by 0-3 goals against hosts Palestine at Dura Stadium in Hebron, Palestine on Sunday.Bangladesh was trailing by 0-2 goals in the first half of the match.With that victory, Palestine emerged as group champion, securing seven points from three matches while Jordan finished group runners up with six points from three matches.This was the 3rd consecutive defeat for Bangladesh team in the AFC U-23 meet after suffering 1-3 goals defeat against Tajikistan in the 2nd match on Friday, following their humiliating 0-7 goals defeat Jordan in the group opener last Wednesday.On way to Palestine, Bangladesh U-23 team played two preparatory matches in Nepal and Qatar and lost both the matches.Earlier in other group matches, Palestine beat Jordan by 3-2 goals after making a 2-2 draw with Tajikistan.
