Agrani Bank has opened a new branch at Shibpur bazar in Narsingdi
district on Saturday .. With this new branch the number of branches of
Agrani bank stands at 889th.
Local Parliament Member (MP) Johirul Hoque Mohan attended the function
as chief guest while Director of the Agrani Bank Dr Abdur Rouf sarder
inaugurated the branch in a grand ceremony with Deputy General Manager
of Nasrsingdi Region Nazmul Hossain in the chair.
President of Shibpur Upazila Awami League Haron-or –Rashid Khan,
Secretary Farhad Alam Bhuiyan , Publicity secretary of Zilla Awami
League Samsul Alam Rakhil and distinguished businessman Abdul Kader
Mollah attended the function and addressed Besides, General Managers
of the bank Jalal Uddin,Mobarak Hossain and Rafiqul Islam and Deputy
General Manager obaid ullah al- Masud was also present in the
function.
MP Johirul Hoque Mohan said Agrani Bank plays an active role in
customer service. Besides, the Bank also playing a pioneer role in
remittance operation and the bank has strengthened its overseas
network by establishment of 42 exchanges. He advised branch managers
and officers to work sincerely and carefully for improving customer
service.
