A local leader of the ruling Awami League was injured by stabbing in an attack by some miscreants in front of his house in Shalgaria of the district town on Wednesday night.The victim was identified as Saidur Rahman Ekram, 47, president of the ward no. 9 unit Awami League.Police sources said a group of miscreants coming on a CNG-run auto-rickshaw intercepted Ekram and stabbed him indiscriminately in the area when he was
