Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapur will be seen together in Mahesh Bhatt’s
directorial venture Sadak 2. The film also stars Pooja Bhatt and Sanjay
Dutt in crucial roles. The film is set to go on floors by mid of May and
thus prep is on in full swing. Mahesh Bhatt and Pooja Bhatt had
recently flown to Romania as they were scouting for locations where they
could recreate Mumbai. However, they came back dejected and decided to
shoot in Mumbai only as the landscapes did not work well for them.
It has been confirmed that the film will go on floor by the mid of May
and talking about the same, producer Mukesh Bhatt told a leading daily,
“Yes, it’s true. We didn’t find locations like Mumbai in Romania, so we
would be shooting those portions here. The film will also be shot in
other parts of India. The creative decision to not go ahead with Romania
was take by Mahesh, who is directing the film. We are putting up a set
at Mehboob studio in Bandra where Sanjay and Alia will join us on the
