Ferdous Bappy, who shot to fame as a quiz show host in BTV, has been moved to intensive care at a Dhaka hospital after being infected with Covid-19.In a social media post writer and journalist Anisul Haque said on Sunday that he was being treated at the Asgar Ali Hospital in Gandaria area of the capital.
Ferdous, whose both lungs have been affected, has been kept in ventilation, he added.
Posts by family and friends of Ferdous seeking plasma donors have been circulating on social media since Sunday.
