Army installs disinfection booth in Jessore

Members of Bangladesh Army installed a disinfectant-spraying booth in the district town of Jashore in an effort to curb the coronavirus transmission.

Deputy Commissioner of the district Mohammad Shafiul Arif inaugurated the booth at Daratana on Saturday noon.The booth will remain open from 9am to 6pm every day so that pedestrians and people of nearby areas can sprinkle themselves to curb the coronavirus infection.

Superintendent of Jashore Police Mohammad Ashraf Hossain, Commanding Officer of Jashore Cantonment Brigadier-37 Lt Col Niamul Halim Khan and Additional Superintendent of Police Salauddin Sikder were present on the occasion.
