Ninth infantry division of Bangladesh Army organized a two-day free eye camp in Faridpur yesterday conducting operations on 36 poor eye patients.
Under the management of 11 field ambulance of the army, eye specialists Lt. Colonel Dr. Abdullah Al Masum and Lt. Colonel Dr. Natasha Kazmina of Dhaka and Jessore combined military hospitals respectively conducted the operations by setting IOL (Intra Ocular Lens) in the eyes of the cataract patients.
The camp was held on Faridpur Medical College Hospital campus.
