Dhaka – Two Bangladesh archers -–Nazmul Huda and Milan Mollah—reached the 2nd round of the Men’s Compound Division of the Asia Cup-World Ranking Tournament, Stage-2 eliminating their rivals in the first elimination round in Bangkok on Wednesday. Nazmul Huda beat Mahinagodage Kanishka Gayan Weerasinghe of Sri Lanka by 136-134 score while Milan Mollah defeated Joseph Bhernie Bague of the Philippines by 140-133 score in the first round matches on Wednesday.In the 2nd round, Nazmul Huda will face Aman Shainee of India whilew Milan Mollah will play Paul Matron De La Cruz of the Philippines.Another Bangladesh player Ram Krishna Saha eliminated from the event losing to Darwish Albishri of UAE by 131-133 score In the ranking round of men’s singles in Compund Division, Abul Kashem Mamun of Bangladesh finished 45th among 67 competitors scoring 671, Ram Krishna Saha was placed 47th scoring 668, Nazmul Huda became 56th scoring 655 and Milan Mollah finished 58th scoring 651.
