Australia has beaten South Africa by 2 wickets to win the series 4-1. Winning the toss South Africa choose to bat first and scored 280 runs in their allocated 50 overs. Quinton de Cock scored his sixth ODI century and was declared man of the match. He scored 107 while Rossouw and Behardien scored 51 and 63 respectively. Pat Cummins took 3 wickets for 54 runs. Rain interrupted Australian run chase and they were given a revised target of 275 to score from 48 overs according to D/L method. Australia was well placed at 246 for 3 but suddenly lost 5 wickets for just 21 runs. But Faulkner and Stark eventually took them home. Shane Watson top scored for Australia with 82. Finch scored 76 and Smith scored 67. Robin Peterson took 4 wickets for South Africa. – News Desk
