Bangladesh Film Club Award 2012 will be held on Sunday at the Hall of Fame of Bangabondhu International Conference Centre. The programme is organised as a joint venture of Bangladesh Film Club and Round the Clock.The ceremony is aimed at recognising and bestowing awards on films released on 2012. Prominent stars of the silver screen will give numerous performances at the show. Razzak, one of the most famous actor of Bangladeshi cinema will be honoured with the “Lifetime Achievement Award,” for his contribution to the industry for such a long time.
In a press meet about the award show, Shamsul Alam, chairperson of the Film Club, actor Shakib Khan, Gazi Mazaharul Anwar, film director Sohanur Rahman Sohan, Chairperson of Cinematographers Associations Latif Bachchu, Abu Musa chairperson of editors gild, Khorshed Alam Khoshru and Chairperson of Round the Clock Salman Mahmud talked about various aspects of the upcoming event.
Among other attractions, the programme will host performances by prominent singers Andru Kishor, Kumar Biswajit, Kona and many more. – Agency
