Bangladesh to face Pakistan, India before World Cup

Dhaka – Bangladesh will play against Pakistan and India in official warm-up matches before the ICC World Cup 2019.

The International Cricket Council on Thursday announced the fixture of warm-up matches. Tigers will lock horn with Pakistan on May 26 at Cardiff Wales Stadium. They will face India at the same venue on May 28.

The forthcoming mega cricket event will be played as a round-robin tournament where all participating teams will face each other. ICC believes the tournament will be more attractive this way.

Ten teams will compete for the title.

Hosts England will face South Africa on the opening day.
