Dhaka – Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club defeated Dhaka Mohammedan SC by 2-1 goals in the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) Football at the floodlight Bangabandhu National Stadium here on Wednesday.
With the day’s feat, Sheikh Jamal DC advanced to the 6th slot from 7th securing 24 points from 20 matches while Dhaka Mohammedan remained at the 9th slot with their previous credit of 17 points from 19 matches.
In day’s match, Gambian striker Solomon King opened the account for Sheikh Jamal DC in the very 2nd minute (1-0) while his compatriot Ebou Kanteh doubled the margin in the 30th minute (2-0).
