DHAKA – The Bangladesh Taekwondo Federation (BTF) has taken step to organize a ten-day special sports programme beginning from tomorrow to mark the birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, said a Bangladesh Taekwondo Federation press (BTF) release.
The programmes include children art competition, documentary on Bangabandhu, different taekwondo competitions, taekwondo display and more.
National Sports Council (NSC) Secretary Mohammad Masud Karim is expected to inaugurate the ten-day programmes tomorrow as the chief guest at NSC conference room.
In this special sports programme, Bangabandhu’s love and affection towards the sports will be presented to the people through digitally, various placards and banners.
The main motto of the federation is to highlight Bangabandhu’s cherished dream as a sports-friend to the people across the country.BSS
