Hours after filing of a case against four Dutch-Bangla Bank officials, the complainant lawyer withdrew the case on Tuesday afternoon.Earlier, on Tuesday morning, Advocate Masud Ahmed filed the case with the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court of Dhaka. Magistrate Waez Kuruni Khan Chowdhury of the CMM Court had withheld her decision in the case till recording the depositions of the complainant.
Four people including Dutch Bangla Bank Limited Managing Director Shamsi Tabrez were accused of taking away Tk 93,000 through Trailer Machine (ATM).
Other three accused persons were Dutch Bangla Bank’s Donia Brach Manager Zahangir Molla, Card Division Chief of the bank Iabal Hossain and Senior Officer Fahim Feroz Sumon.
