Dhaka- Cox’s Bazar Jila School clinched the boys group title of the Trust Bank National School & College Taekwondo Competition that concluded on Thursday at the NSC gymnasium here.BAF Shaheen School College emerged champions in the girls group. Bir Shrestha Munshi Abdur Rouf School finished runners-up in the boys group while South Point School & College and Udayan School & College became joint runners-up in the girls group.State Minister for Youth and Sports Dr. Biren Shikder was the chief guest at the closing function of the two-day meet, chaired by President of Bangladesh Taekwondo Federation (BTF) Kazi Morshed Hossain Kamal. BTF general secretary Mahmudul Islam Rana was also present on the occasion.Some 700 Taekwondo players from 27 school and colleges took part in the meet.UNB news gency
