Dhaka – Chittagong and Chandpur district teams emerged joint champion in the Chittagong Divisional Commissioner Gold Cup Football Tournament as the meet final ended in a goalless draw at Chandpur stadium in Chandpur on Saturday.After a goalless encounter in stipulated time, the final game rolled on tiebreaker stage to decide the champions, but the tiebreaker could not be held due to bad light at the ground.Finally both sides were declared joint champions of the 11-team participating tournament. Former Foreign Minister Dr Dipu Moni handed over the trophy among the finalists as the chief guest.UNB news agency
