Chittagong – Hosts Chittagong made a good start in the Chittagong Divisional Inter-district Volleyball Championship beating Rangamati by straight 3-0 sets at MA Aziz Stadium Gymnasium here on Friday.Earlier, sports organiser and Managing Director of the meet’s sponsor Prime Distribution Group Rashedul Alam Mamun inaugurated the meet in the morning.
In the day’s other matches, Comilla beat Bandarban while Cox’s Bazar defeated Noakhali, Chittagong routed Feni, Rangamati overcame Chandpur, Chittagong crushed Chandpur, Rangamati trounced Feni, Comilla outplayed Noakhali and Cox’s Bazar defeated Bandarban, all by straight 3-0 sets at the same venue.Eight districts of Chittagong Division are taking part in the competition.agences
