Dhaka, Nov 12 (UNB) – Settlement of various types of services including information and complaint of Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) will be available from now on by calling the Citizen Service Hotline No. 333.

Through this, city dwellers under the DNCC will get the services round the clock throughout the year and the DNCC is the first corporation out of 11 city corporations in the country to provide such services.

State Minister for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Zunaid Ahmed Palak inaugurated the service as chief guest at a programme at DNCC Nagar Bhaban in Gulshan chaired by DNCC Mayor Atiqul Islam.

Addressing the function, Zunaid Ahmed Palak said Prime Minister’s ICT Advisor Sajeeb Wazed Joy formally inaugurated the 333 service with the slogun ‘ Information Services always” in April last year.

In the meantime, several ministries and departments of the country have been providing this service successfully. As a result, DNCC became the first city corporation to be joined with this modern service delivery program, he said.
