Dhaka, May 30 (UNB)— The Dhaka University (DU) has suspended 42 students from different departments and affiliated colleges for offences including cheating in exams.
The decision was taken on Wednesday night’s syndicate meeting chaired by Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Md Akhtaruzzaman, DU said in a statement on Thursday.
“One of the students has been expelled while 41 have been suspended for various periods,” Proctor Prof AKM Golam Rabbani told UNB.
