DHL, world’s leading express and logistics company, has recently signed an agreement with NRB Commercial Bank Limited to provide international express delivery to the bank and its customers. An official corporate signing ceremony took place between DHL Express Bangladesh and NRB Commercial Bank Limited on June 6 at the head office of NCBL.
The agreement was signed by Country Manager-DHL Express Bangladesh Desmond Quiah and Managing Director & CEO of NRB Commercial Bank Limited Dewan Mujibur Rahman on behalf of their respective organizations.
Under this agreement, the NCBL will use DHL Express services for sending its time-sensitive international documents.
DHL’s service to the NBCL includes automated shipment preparation, pre-scheduled pick-ups, a modern shipment tracking mechanism and shipment processing at DHL’s state-of-the-art operational facilities in the country, with connectivity to more than 220 countries and territories worldwide.
Desmond Quiah said, “This agreement gives DHL a further opportunity to cater to the needs of the business enterprises in Bangladesh that are seeking partners like us to help them maintain and strengthen their reputation for service excellence”.
“With our global presence and advanced capability, DHL will be providing reliable and cost-effective shipping solutions to the NCBL and its customers, worldwide,” he also added.
