Euro: Italians to wear black armbands in honour of Gulshan attack victims

Bordeaux at 1 am Bangladesh time.Meanwhile, Bangladesh’s Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina announced a two-day national mourning for the victims of Holey Artisan Bakery attack at Gulshan diplomatic zone in Dhaka.Including 20 hostages, six attackers and two cops, a total of 28 were killed in this terrorist attack while 13 hostages were rescued with one suspected attacker in a joint rescue operation in the morning, led by Bangladesh Army.According to Associate Press, nine Italians are among the dead.Italian Foreign Minister Paolo Gentiloni says the bodies of nine Italians have been identified among the dead in the Dhaka restaurant attack.Gentiloni told reporters that there was another unidentified body in the military morgue of Bangladesh but its nationality has not been determined.Italian news reports had said about 10 Italians were inside the restaurant when it was attacked on Friday night.(UNB)
