Dhaka – Samrat Sikder of Kurmitola Golf Club earned double crown in the Faldo Series Bangladesh Golf Championship as he became winner in Best Gross in 54 holes and clinched the Boys Under-21 age group title of the meet that concluded at the Kurmitola Golf Course on Thursday.Rezaul Karim of Bhatiary Golf and Country clinched the Boys Under-16 title, Nabi Hossain of the same club win the Boys Under-18 title while Sainik Lisa Akhter of Bangladesh Army won the girls Under-21 age group title.Senior Vice President of Bangladesh Golf Federation AKM Abdullah Hel Baki was the chief guest at the day’s closing function and later he distributed the prizes.Eighty junior golfers from seven affiliated clubs, Bangladesh Army and Bangladesh Golf Academy took part in the three-day meet.UNB news agency
